We’re delighted to share that we’ve achieved a Five-Star grading in the British Safety Council’s Occupational Health and Safety Audit – a fantastic milestone that recognises our continued commitment to improving health and safety across our business.
Our teams have worked hard to strengthen our health and safety processes, improve our working practices and ensure the wellbeing of our people remains a priority in everything we do.
As a fleet management and maintenance business managing more than 4,000 assets, our workshop teams play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. With vehicle servicing, inspections, maintenance and repairs taking place across our workshop network, maintaining safe working environments and promoting good health and safety practices is essential.
The audit involved a detailed assessment of our health and safety policies, procedures and operational practices, including a review of documentation, interviews with employees and senior management, and an evaluation against more than 50 elements of health and safety best practice. Achieving the Five-Star grading is a real testament to the progress we’ve made and our commitment to continual improvement.
A special thank you goes to our workshop teams for their hard work, dedication and ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards. This achievement wouldn’t be possible without the people who put these practices into action every day, alongside the wider team who continue to support our health and safety efforts.
