Following the retirement of Paul Russell at the end of March (a big thank you to Paul) and the recent merger of the Fleet Management and Commercial Teams, the newly formed Fleet Services Team is now complete, with several changes and key appointments now in place.
- Martin Botek started as the new Lead Contract Manager for the Northern Powergrid contract at the beginning of March. Martin previously worked for Royal Mail and Husqvarna and is now the key point of contact for the vehicle replacement programme
- Louis Cole started at the beginning of June and has taken the position of Supplier Audit & Procurement Manager – Louis will focus on improving the services offered by external workshops/service providers and ensure that contracts are in place & up to date
- Aiste Pankra returned earlier this year after her maternity leave and is now managing the Fleet Management team as our Fleet Management Controller
- Robyn Westcott and TBA (very soon) have taken permanent positions as Fleet Administration Specialists within the Fleet Management Team
- Rachel Quinn-Yarwood is now supporting Northumbrian Water as their new Lead Contract Manager
- Lee Shaw joined us in March as a Contract Manager supporting Northumbrian Water
Ben Anstee heads up the Team as Head of Fleet Services and indicates, “These changes will strengthen the Fleet Services Team helping it to more effectively support the business and its customers.”
Peter Cheshire also left the Team at the end of February and has taken the role of Transport Manager within Northumbrian Water.
