Customer Service Feedback Kiosks Return on 1st April 2025!

VLS are delighted to announce that effective from 1st April 2025 the customer service feedback kiosks will be relaunched. This decision follows valuable input from customers during the 2024 customer survey, highlighting the need for an easy and direct way to share feedback.

The new kiosks will allow drivers to rate workshop services and provide comments on service quality and areas for improvement.

Paul Russell, VLS Head of Commercial, stated:
“Drivers and fleet operators really engaged with the customer kiosks last time we used this method of measuring customer service performance which we had to remove due to Covid restrictions. VLS welcomes all feedback, as it shapes how we deliver our services to our customers so please help us to improve by providing feedback on a regular basis via the kiosks, many thanks”
