At the heart of our business is a simple belief: investing in our people is the most effective way to provide exceptional service to our customers. In 2025, we continued to strengthen this commitment by expanding and enhancing our training programmes across the organisation. This year alone, we invested over £100,000 in professional development, ensuring our teams have the knowledge, confidence, and capability to work safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Our training programmes cover a broad spectrum of specialist and operational skills. Colleagues across the business have participated in courses such as IOSH Managing Safely for lone workers and line managers, IOSH Working Safely for operational staff, and practical certifications including ALLMI lorry loading, IPAF, gas bottle handling, and welding. In addition, we have provided development in areas such as Excel, coaching, First Aid, and OLAT, equipping employees with both technical expertise and wider professional skills.

We are particularly proud of our strengthened partnership with Ford, working closely with their experts to develop our teams. This collaboration has enhanced technical knowledge, improved operational performance, and created new opportunities for learning and growth.
